NOW HIRING:  Winter Maintenance Crew / Labourers – $25/hr (On-Call)
Wage:  $25 per hour
Type:  On-Call / Seasonal (Winter 2025)

C.I.S North is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Winter Maintenance Crew for the upcoming season. This position involves manual snow removal on a mill roof and general winter labour duties.

Responsibilities:
• Manual snow shoveling and ice removal on a mill roof
• Sanding and salting designated areas
• Operating light winter equipment (such as snow blowers) when required
• General labour tasks
• Responding to on-call alerts during snow events
• Working safely and following all safety procedures

Requirements:
• Must be available on short notice during storms
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in winter conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift 40+ lbs
• Reliable transportation to the Englehart mill site
• Previous winter maintenance experience is an asset but not required
