About the Role
KCGR is seeking a reliable and safety focused Traffic Control Person (TCP) to support our civil construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who is attentive, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment for crews, drivers, and the public.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct and control traffic around active construction sites
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control signs, cones, and barricades
• Communicate clearly with site supervisors and crew members
• Ensure the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians
• Monitor traffic flow and adjust control measures as needed
• Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company procedures
• Assist with general labour tasks when required

Qualifications
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly
• Previous experience in construction or traffic control is an asset
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
