Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling used cars to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. In a commission-based salary a successful candidate can easily make upwards of $100,000+ per year on top of the base salary.

Responsibilities:

• Upsell and cross-sell vehicles to meet or exceed sales targets
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct test drives with potential buyers
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, features, and specifications
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency is MANDATORY (English and French)
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
• Valid driver's license
