• Quality Control: Inspecting for defects and ensuring a smooth, flawless finish.
• Equipment Operation: Utilizing tools and equipment for painting and refinishing.
• Repair and Maintenance: May involve minor body repairs and maintaining a clean workspace.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in automotive refinishing and paint application. Current portfolio of repairs is an asset
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in color matching, paint mixing, and application techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct imperfections for a high-quality finish.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Organization: Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace and manage workflow.
