General Accountability

Reporting to the Location Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for numerous duties including customer service, building rapport with customers and staff, working in the warehouse and yard maintenance duties. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service at the Thornloe Ag Center (TemAG)
• Use safe loading or unloading techniques (max lifting weight of 25 kg)
• Work some Saturdays
• Communicate inventory requirements with other sales/operation staff
• Work independently with little supervision
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep warehouse, outside of warehouse, yard and store clean
• Must be safety conscious; know and follow proper steps and procedures for any task performed
• Promote the Co-operative’s products, services and philosophy
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time
