Service Advisor, Wilson Ford Ltd.
Wilson Ford Ltd. is currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to join our Service Department as a Service Advisor.

As the connection between our customers and service team, the ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.


What We're Looking For

• Outgoing personality with strong people skills
• Previous automotive service advising experience preferred
• Ford dealership experience considered an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate
• Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Goal-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Identify customer needs and prepare repair orders
• Review vehicle history and mileage to recommend maintenance services
• Communicate with the service and parts departments to ensure timely vehicle completion
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including additional recommendations and updates
• Process and close repair orders accurately
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting dealership goals
• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as required

Compensation

• $40,000.00 up to $70,000.00 based on experience, qualifications and bonus structure.
