What are we looking for?
TIME Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Purchaser with strong computer skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain competitive pricing by requesting and reviewing quotes from approved suppliers
• Issue purchase orders to approved suppliers
• Maintain accurate costs, selling prices, and delivery dates within the ERP system
• Assist with the part numbers set-up process
• Develop and maintain clear legends and user-friendly guides for part number sequencing to ensure accuracy and consistency across operations
• Expedite purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

Job Requirements:

• Strong computer skills, specifically an ERP System, Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Ability to coordinate a multitude of tasks
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work safely and in compliance with the company policies and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
