Wilson Ford Ltd. is looking for an energetic and motivated Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Guide customers through vehicle financing and protection options
• Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Present warranty, protection, and insurance products with confidence
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Automotive F&I experience preferred (or equivalent) we can train the right person!
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented

• French not required but considered an asset
  

License/Certification:

• Driving License 
• Criminal background check

• Driver's abstract

• OMVIC - can complete once hired!
