The City of Temiskaming Shores is currently seeking a motivated and safety-focused individual to join our Public Works Department as an Equipment Operator.

This full-time position supports essential municipal services through the safe operation of equipment, winter road maintenance, and general labour duties.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Operating a variety of municipal equipment safely and efficiently
• Performing winter road maintenance, including plowing, sanding, and salting
• Completing routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance
• Maintaining accurate equipment usage records
• Supporting general labour tasks and seasonal operations
• Following all municipal safety policies and Ministry of Transportation regulations

Position Details:
• Full-time permanent (40 hours per week)
• Wage: $25.88 – $28.96 per hour
• Comprehensive benefits & OMERS pension plan
