Dental Assistant

Full-Time • Temiskaming Shores Region

Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000

WE ARE HIRING!

Requirements:

- Bilingual (preferred)

- High school diploma

- Recent experience in the field (preferred), on-the-job training will be provided

- Ability to work independently and as a team

Responsibilities:

- Prepare treatment/clinical area for every appointment

- Pass dental instruments to the dentist

- Clean and sterilize dental instruments and handpieces

- Perform simple laboratory procedures

- Maintain supplies and equipment in operatories (stock and replenish supplies)

- Assess emergency situations, be aware of emergency protocols, knowledge of First Aid and CPR

- Record data in patients’ digital chart as directed by the dentist
