CNC Operator (4-Day Week – Afternoon Shift)

Three H Furniture Systems is a Canadian manufacturer of high-quality office furniture serving dealers across North America. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team.

This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce quality components while maintaining production efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Machine Operation
· Operate Biesse Rover CNC machines according to production schedules and work orders
· Load and run programmed jobs
· Verify correct material and tooling before machining
· Perform first-off inspections before full production runs
· Monitor machine operation and address minor issues as required

Setup & Tooling
· Install and change tooling as required
· Confirm tooling condition and report excessive wear
· Ensure parts are properly organized and staged for downstream departments

Quality Control
· Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, hole placement, and overall quality
· Identify and separate non-conforming parts
· Communicate recurring quality issues to the Machine Supervisor

Maintenance & Housekeeping
· Perform daily cleaning and basic preventative maintenance
· Maintain an organized work area and tooling station
· Report mechanical or operational concerns promptly

Safety
· Follow all safety procedures and lockout requirements
· Use required PPE at all times

Qualifications
· Ability to read production drawings and reports
· Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
· Previous CNC experience is considered an asset

Compensation
$21.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Afternoon shift premium may apply

Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
· Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
· Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment and machinery

Location:  156462 Clover Valley Rd, Haileybury, ON
Pay:  $21–$28 an hour

Work Location:  In person

Schedule (4-Day Work Week)
· Monday – Thursday
· 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
· 40 hours per week (4 × 10-hour shifts)
