About the Role
KCGR is looking for an experienced and safety driven AZ Heavy Equipment Float Truck Driver to support our civil construction operations. This position is ideal for a skilled driver who understands the responsibility of transporting heavy equipment safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy construction equipment
• Operate float trailers and heavy haul trucks in compliance with regulations
• Perform thorough pre trip and post trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation
• Coordinate with site supervisors and equipment operators for timely moves
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Assist with equipment or yard tasks when required

Qualifications
• Valid AZ driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of heavy haul or float truck driving experience
• Clean driving abstract (required)
• Strong commitment to safety and proper load securement practices
• Experience hauling excavators, dozers, graders, and other civil equipment
• Knowledge of MTO regulations and oversized load requirements
• Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast paced environment
