Role and Responsibilities:
Winter Employment

• Blow/shovel snow  as directed
• Employer to supply high visibility winter coat and gloves - other winter apparel required by employee

Spring, Summer, and Fall Employment

• Perform various property maintenance tasks associated with lawn care and asphalt painting
• Operate various types of motorized equipment
• Perform equipment maintenance as trained / directed
• Employer to provide high visibility t-shirts and company hats - other summer apparel required by employee including steel toe shoes and work pants

Qualifications

• No experience necessary - we encourage everyone to apply !
• Class G License - able to get to and from work
• Available to work irregular hours
• Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
• Able to work well with others and be dependable
• Physically fit and able to complete repetitive strenuous tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
• No criminal record


Training Period:  Yes
Pay Rate:   Starting Salary:  40 hrs. / week at $20 / hour
