What Does an Operations Administrator Do?
The Operations Administrator is responsible for providing support to Operations to ensure tasks on hand are completed efficiently, timely, and accurately to meet company goals and objectives.
As an Operations Administrator, You Will:
• Provide daily administrative support such as letter writing, note taking, photocopying etc… to various managers
• Draft payments, complete invoicing, and daily payroll entry
• Adhere to Miller Policies and Procedures
• Complete purchase orders
• Call and book reservations at hotels for crew members
• Assist with all employee engagement programs
• Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
• Post-secondary education in Office/Business Administration
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate with various audiences
• Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
