JOB DESCRIPTION:
Marty's Auto Tech is looking to hire an experienced, professional, self-motivated individual with a
team player attitude for our growing/successful company. The ideal candidate must take pride in their
work an have a natural interest in learning and developing new skills.

JOB DUTIES:

• Diagnosing and repairing problems with all make & model vehicles
• Perform vehicle inspections for additional safety or service work required
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and system with special service equipment
• Inspect/Repair/Replace brakes, suspension/drive train items, sensors, and other parts as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles
• Report any defective or poorly functioning equipment to management
• Supervise the work of the Apprentice Technicians as needed
• Ensure customer vehicles are clean after repairs
• Maintain required tools for the job
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Participate in training programs as requested by management
• Prepare to get additional certification as needed
• Help keep repair shop clean and organized
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
• Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
• Keep a professional appearance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid 310S License
• Valid G Driver's License
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and as a team
