Automotive Service Technician Apprentice

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Marty's Auto Tech is looking at hiring someone eager and motivated to join our team as full time
Automotive Apprentice. The successful candidate must be hard working and passionate about vehicles
with a desire to grow and learn. We offer all the training you will need to get you started.

JOB DUTIES:

• Perform preventive maintenance and tire change
• Perform and assist with basic repairs under guidance and supervision of technician
• Inform Service Advisor or any additional repairs needed
• Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
• Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
• Ensure that the shop is clean and tidy
• Keep a professional appearance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid G Driver's License
• High School Diploma
• Willing to pursue the automotive trade
• Willingness to enrol under the Ontario Apprenticeship Program
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and as a team
