Temiskaming Hospital is a 79-bed fully accredited community hospital located in Temiskaming Shores, ON. We are currently accepting resumes for a permanent part-time (0.8 FTE Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

The Registered Pharmacy Technician will work collaboratively with Pharmacists and other health care providers using knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes to think critically, solve problems, make decisions and generate professional judgements as per the scope of practice for the Pharmacy Technician.

Requirements include:

• Registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists or in the process of meeting the requirements to be eligible for registration
• Able to read, write, speak and follow oral and written directions in English
• Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting will be considered an asset
• Ability to speak and comprehend French is an asset
• Must have an excellent work record including attendance
• Must demonstrate a commitment to ensure your safety, the safety of fellow workers, patients, volunteers, visitors
• Must support and contribute to a culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events in this organization of fellow workers, patients and volunteers

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $32.32-$37.26 per hour
